VanHelder&nbsp;is an ACM registered utility company with the&nbsp;main focus&nbsp;on B2B customers. Next to the delivery of gas and electricity, the ACM license&nbsp;provides a key role to future smart hardware solutions. In the end all smart solution for grid congestion, battery capacity, sun and wind&nbsp;curtailment will need to be invoiced. Invoicing to end-users in the Netherland can only be done by ACM licensed companies like VanHelder.&nbsp;&nbsp;\u200b<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Smartguys<\/strong>\u200b<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As our strong believe in data and data-driven solution, we took a majority stake in&nbsp;Smartguys.&nbsp;Smartguys&nbsp;is at the very&nbsp;hart&nbsp;of energy data and&nbsp;AI modeling.&nbsp;Smartguys&nbsp;has built multiple inhouse IT-solutions for energy companies and PV-parties.
